Caulfield Racecourse is conveniently located across the road from Caulfield Train Station and is also accessible via bus and tram. All of the info can be found here.
Free, off-street parking is also available in the Smith Street Car Park, Caulfield East.

Online Tickets: Adults - $16.50* inc GST includes a souvenir Whiskey Wine and Fire Glass and complimentary alcoholic beverage.
Children under the age of 18 years are free, no ticket required.
All food and drink and products available for sale at the event will be charged separately.

Where do I buy tickets?
ONLINE: Tickets available here. Tickets can be purchased at any time, right up until the start of the night’s event.
IN PERSON: The Box Office is open for ticket sales from 4pm - 7:30pm on Thursday night. No tickets will be available at the gate for Friday, Saturday or Sunday nights session.

This is a cashless event, so cards of all kinds recommended. There will be no ATMs on site.

What do you mean by cashless event?
All purchases on the night will be made via card transactions, so bring your cards, ditch the notes.
Is the event wheelchair accessible?
Yes, all areas of the event are wheelchair accessible and there will be accessible needs toilets available.
BUT WHAT IF...
I am GF, Vegan, Vegetarian, have allergies?
There will be a range of gluten free, vegan, vegetarian, dairy free available on site, but if you’d like to BYO, that’s cool too.
There will be a designated smoking area. No smoking outside of this area please.
This is an outdoor, all-weather event. It’s winter and it’s Melbourne so it may rain and we are prepared for it. But you should be too, bring your winter jacket.
There are sheltered areas aplenty and fire to keep you warm. Did we mention fire? Also fire.
My session is cancelled?
We will do our best not to, but if your session is cancelled, or the weather gets really, really bad, we may have to. We will communicate with ticket holders via email and Facebook, so for up to date info, check our socials.
Your ticket for the cancelled session will be valid and allow you entry for one of the remaining Whisky, Wine & Fire sessions. If you have any concerns about this please contact us here.
